MentorRoster

MentorRoster is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for organizations running structured mentorship cohorts. It focuses on the unglamorous operations that usually break programs: matching, scheduling, attendance, goal tracking, and proving outcomes to leadership. Admins set cohort rules (availability, time zones, skills, goals, seniority), then the system proposes matches and flags risky pairings (e.g., mismatched expectations, low availability overlap). Mentors and mentees get a lightweight workspace: meeting agenda templates, action items, and a simple progress timeline tied to program goals. The app generates program health metrics—participation rates, meeting frequency, goal completion, and retention signals—so HR/L&D can justify budget. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps with matching suggestions, agenda drafting, and risk flags, but the core value is reliable workflow and reporting.
