MentorSprint is a web + mobile AI-assisted mentorship platform built around short, outcome-based “sprints” (2–4 weeks) instead of open-ended chats. Mentees pick a goal (e.g., “land a PM interview loop,” “ship a portfolio,” “get promoted to Senior”), and the app generates a sprint plan with weekly milestones, templates, and meeting agendas. Mentors are matched based on verified experience signals (LinkedIn import + lightweight proof such as role history, artifacts, or references) and are paid per sprint, not per hour, to align incentives. The system tracks progress with deliverables (docs, mock interviews, PRDs, pitch decks) and provides async feedback workflows so mentors don’t need constant calls. AI helps draft agendas, summarize sessions, and turn feedback into action items, but the core value is accountability and deliverables. Expect heavy ops early: vetting mentors, resolving disputes, and ensuring quality.
