MenuMargin is a web + mobile app for cloud kitchens that calculates real-time item profitability and flags margin leaks before they become monthly surprises. It connects to your POS/aggregators and inventory purchases, then reconciles recipes, yields, packaging, delivery commissions, promos, refunds, and wastage to produce a true contribution margin per menu item and per channel. The app highlights “sales that lose money” (common with deep discounts and high-commission platforms), recommends price floors, and suggests menu simplifications that reduce prep complexity and waste. It also provides a weekly action list: raise price on X, pause Y on Z channel, swap packaging, adjust portion size, or renegotiate ingredient suppliers. This is not a generic dashboard; it’s a practical margin control tool for operators who are too busy to do spreadsheet accounting every day.
