MenuTruce

MenuTruce helps Whole30 followers eat out (or order in) without turning every meal into a negotiation. The app aggregates restaurant menus and flags likely-compliant items, then guides you through realistic modification scripts (e.g., “no sauce, swap fries for extra veg, cook in olive oil if possible”). It also includes a “risk meter” that tells you when compliance is uncertain (shared fryers, hidden sugars, marinades) so you can decide whether to accept a gray area or pick another place. Users can save “safe orders” per restaurant, share them with friends, and build a personal list of go-to spots. This is not a perfect compliance guarantee—restaurants change ingredients and staff vary—but it reduces decision fatigue and social friction, which is what actually derails most people.
