MercyMatch is a web + mobile app for faith-based charities and social service ministries to intake requests (rent help, food, rides, counseling), triage them, and route them to the right volunteer or partner agency. The core is a lightweight case-management flow built for small teams: structured intake forms, eligibility checklists, document upload, appointment scheduling, and a clear audit trail of what was promised and delivered. An AI layer helps classify requests, detect missing info, draft follow-up messages, and suggest local resources when the org can’t help. It also tracks outcomes (e.g., “eviction avoided,” “meals delivered”) so ministries can report impact to donors without drowning in spreadsheets. This is not a donor app; it’s an operations tool that reduces chaos and prevents people from falling through the cracks.
