MergeLedger

MergeLedger is a web app (with optional desktop agent) for continuously detecting, explaining, and resolving duplicate or conflicting master records across systems (CRM, ERP, support, billing). Instead of trying to replace your existing MDM, it sits alongside it and focuses on the ugliest, most expensive part: entity matching and merge governance. It ingests exports or streams, builds a “candidate merge queue,” and shows why records match (fields, similarity, history) so business stewards can approve merges quickly. It writes back clean IDs and survivorship rules to downstream systems via connectors or flat-file drops. The AI component proposes match rules and survivorship recommendations, but every merge is auditable with human approval workflows. Realistically, this wins only if it’s faster to deploy than heavyweight suites and proves measurable reduction in duplicates, billing errors, and reporting noise within weeks.
