MeshBrief

MeshBrief is a web + desktop app that converts messy 3D environments into clear, shareable documentation for teams who build or review spaces. Import a scene (glTF/FBX/OBJ), auto-generate a navigable walkthrough, and create “issue pins” with screenshots, coordinates, and asset references. It produces a structured brief: asset list, missing textures, polycount hotspots, lighting notes, collision/navmesh warnings, and performance estimates for target platforms (WebGL, mobile, VR). It’s not a full 3D editor; it’s a communication and QA layer that sits between artists, developers, and stakeholders. Exports include PDF/Notion-style pages, Jira tickets, and a lightweight viewer link. The goal is to reduce back-and-forth, prevent late surprises, and make 3D environments reviewable by non-technical clients without endless screen recordings.
