MeshMeter
MeshMeter is a web app (with a lightweight edge agent) that continuously measures real user-like performance across distributed and edge locations: DNS, TLS handshake, HTTP latency, packet loss, and last-mile jitter. It turns noisy edge telemetry into an opinionated “SLA truth” dashboard per site, ISP, and region, with automatic blame hints (ISP vs device vs upstream). This is not another generic observability suite; it focuses on the ugly reality of edge: flaky networks, mixed hardware, and inconsistent routing. The product ships with a small set of curated synthetic tests, a dead-simple agent installer for Linux-based gateways, and a reporting layer that produces executive-ready SLA and outage summaries. It’s realistic because it avoids deep AIOps promises and instead sells measurable, defensible evidence for operations and customer success teams who need to explain edge incidents fast.
