MeshMinder is a mobile + web app for small teams running IoT fleets (sensors, gateways, smart meters) that constantly “randomly” go offline. It monitors real connectivity health across Wi‑Fi, cellular, and LPWAN by combining device heartbeats with gateway telemetry and simple on-site tests. The app flags patterns like weak RSSI zones, carrier throttling, DHCP lease churn, NAT timeouts, and firmware-induced reconnect loops, then recommends the next action (change AP channel, adjust keepalive, swap SIM profile, move gateway, tweak MQTT settings). It’s not a full-blown IoT platform; it’s a focused connectivity triage tool that plugs into what you already use. Expect some setup friction: you’ll need lightweight agents on gateways or access to existing logs/APIs. But once connected, it reduces truck rolls and “it’s offline again” firefighting with clear, prioritized root-cause hints.
