MeshOps
MeshOps is a mobile app (iOS/Android) for field teams to message, share checklists, and broadcast alerts over phone-to-phone mesh when cellular and Wi‑Fi are unreliable. It uses Bluetooth LE + Wi‑Fi Direct to form ad-hoc groups, then syncs to the cloud when any device regains connectivity. The MVP focuses on simple, reliable operations: shift check-ins, safety alerts, task assignments, and photo notes that don’t vanish when the network drops. Admins can pre-create teams, roles, and templates (e.g., “evacuate,” “equipment down,” “daily toolbox talk”) and push them to devices before a shift. This is not a consumer “chat app”; it’s a rugged, auditable comms layer for construction, events, warehouses, and disaster response where downtime is expensive and radio systems are clunky.
