MessageMap is a web app (with a lightweight Slack add-on) that centralizes a brand’s approved messaging and makes it usable in real workflows. Teams upload positioning, value props, proof points, disclaimers, and do/don’t examples, then map them to audiences, products, and channels (PR, social, email, sales decks). A built-in “draft checker” flags off-brand language, missing required disclaimers, and inconsistent claims before content ships. It also tracks which approved snippets are being used and where, so brand leads can see drift early without policing every document. This is not a full creative suite; it’s a practical messaging governance layer that plugs into existing tools. The MVP focuses on fast search, simple templates, and a clear approval trail so comms teams can move quickly while reducing brand risk and rework.
