MetaMark

MetaMark is a desktop app (Windows/macOS) for photographers who need fast batch watermarking without wrecking EXIF/IPTC/XMP metadata or color profiles. You drag in folders, choose a watermark preset (text/logo), and export to multiple destinations (client proofing, social, archive) with different sizes and opacity rules. The key is “metadata-safe” processing: it keeps camera data, captions, keywords, and licensing fields intact, and can optionally stamp copyright/IPTC fields consistently across the batch. It also generates a simple proof index (HTML contact sheet) so clients can review watermarked images without you uploading to a third-party platform. This is not a magical product—watermarking is commoditized—but reliability, metadata integrity, and predictable exports are where many tools still fail or are annoyingly slow. Pricing should be straightforward: one-time license or modest subscription for updates.
