MetricMosaic is a web app (traditional + light AI) that turns scattered spreadsheets and basic exports into reliable descriptive analytics for small and mid-sized businesses. Users connect Stripe, Shopify, QuickBooks, HubSpot, and upload CSVs; the app standardizes fields, de-dupes records, and produces a consistent KPI “snapshot” layer (revenue, churn, CAC, cohort retention, inventory turns, support volume). The core value is not fancy forecasting—it’s making yesterday’s numbers trustworthy and comparable week to week. A lightweight AI assistant helps map columns, detect anomalies (e.g., sudden revenue spikes from duplicated rows), and generate plain-English metric definitions so teams stop arguing about what “active customer” means. Exports to Google Sheets and scheduled email digests keep it usable for non-technical operators. This is realistic: it’s a focused descriptive layer, not a full BI replacement.
