MetroSync

MetroSync is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for metropolitan governance teams coordinating projects that span multiple jurisdictions—transit corridors, homelessness response, watershed management, emergency mutual aid, and shared procurement. It centralizes interagency agreements, milestones, funding sources, and decision logs so everyone sees the same status without endless email threads and conflicting spreadsheets. The app focuses on the unglamorous reality: fragmented ownership, unclear next steps, and meetings that produce no durable record. MetroSync provides a structured “who owns what by when” workflow, a public-facing transparency page for approved items, and audit-ready exports for councils, boards, and grantors. It’s a traditional app with light AI: automatic meeting-note summarization into action items and risk flags, but humans remain in control. The goal is fewer surprises, fewer duplicated efforts, and faster delivery across city/county/state partners.
