MicroCare
MicroCare is a mobile AI + traditional app that turns self-care into tiny, finishable actions instead of big “wellness plans” people abandon. You pick your current state (stressed, lonely, numb, overwhelmed, tired) and your constraints (2, 5, or 10 minutes; at home, at work, outside; no equipment). The app generates a micro-routine with a clear start/stop, a timer, and a single reflection prompt that takes 15 seconds. It tracks completion streaks, but the core metric is “follow-through rate” and which actions reliably help you feel better. Over time, MicroCare learns what works for you and builds a personal menu of proven micro-actions. It avoids pseudo-therapy claims: it’s not a mental health treatment, just practical self-care scaffolding for real life. Optional reminders are constraint-based (e.g., only during commute windows) to reduce notification fatigue.
