MicroCircuit

MicroCircuit is a mobile app (iOS/Android) that builds ultra-short, equipment-free workouts you can complete in 6–15 minutes, tailored to your space, energy level, and soreness. Instead of promising “transformations,” it focuses on consistency: streaks based on minutes trained, not perfect plans. Users pick constraints (noise level, floor space, knee/wrist limitations, time window), and the app generates a simple circuit with clear timers, rest cues, and progression rules. It also includes a “fallback” mode: if you skip a workout, it automatically suggests a 3–5 minute minimum-viable session to keep momentum. The AI component helps adjust exercise selection and progression based on feedback (“too easy,” “wrist pain,” “couldn’t finish”), while the core app remains a traditional timer + plan engine. Monetization is a low-cost subscription with a free tier that’s genuinely usable.
