MicrocopyQA
MicrocopyQA is a web app + browser extension that scans product UI text (screens, Figma frames, staging URLs, and string files) and flags UX writing problems that teams routinely miss: inconsistent terminology, unclear error messages, missing empty states, accessibility/reading-grade issues, localization risks, and tone drift across flows. It generates concrete rewrite suggestions, but its real value is enforcement: a customizable style guide, approved terms list, and “do-not-use” phrases that run as automated checks in pull requests and design reviews. It also produces a change log and rationale so writers don’t have to re-litigate every word in Slack. This is an AI-assisted app with deterministic rules layered on top, because pure generative output is unreliable and can create legal/brand risk. Expect it to feel like a linter for UX copy, not a ‘creative writing’ toy.
