MicroReset

MicroReset is a mobile app (with an optional web dashboard) that delivers ultra-short, context-aware mindfulness interventions for people who don’t have time—or patience—for 10–20 minute sessions. Users pick their most common stress moments (before meetings, after conflict, doomscrolling, bedtime, commuting). The app then serves 90–180 second guided “resets” combining breath pacing, somatic cues, and a single reflection prompt. An AI layer personalizes scripts based on what worked previously and the user’s language style, but it stays constrained (no therapy claims, no deep analysis). The product focuses on habit formation through triggers: calendar events, location, and optional wearable heart-rate spikes. Progress is measured with simple, honest metrics: “stress downshift in 2 minutes” self-rating and streaks tied to specific triggers, not generic daily streaks. This is a practical tool, not a spiritual destination.
