Users can choose “stealth mode” for office use (no audio, subtle haptics, minimal visuals). The app tracks outcomes with lightweight check-ins (“stress now?”) and shows whether micro-resets correlate with fewer late-night work sessions and better sleep. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: AI personalizes timing, suggests the best reset type, and summarizes patterns weekly without pretending to be therapy.
