MikvehReady is a mobile + web app that helps conversion candidates and sponsoring communities manage the most failure-prone parts of the process: requirements tracking, document collection, scheduling, and communication. Candidates get a clear, rabbi-configured checklist (study milestones, beit din steps, circumcision/hatfat dam brit, mikveh prep, references) with due dates and reminders. Rabbis and program coordinators get a lightweight dashboard to see who is stuck, what’s missing, and what can be scheduled next—without endless email threads. The app also includes a “local logistics” layer: mikveh appointment requests, witness coordination, ride help, and a private Q&A channel with boundaries (no halachic rulings by the app). It’s not trying to replace rabbis; it reduces admin friction and drop-off, which is where many conversions stall in real life.
