MilestoneIQ is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that builds and maintains project timelines from real delivery signals instead of wishful dates. Connect Jira/Linear/GitHub, pull cycle-time history, and generate a timeline with confidence ranges per milestone (not fake single dates). As work progresses, the app recalculates forecast drift, highlights the specific work items causing slippage, and suggests scope/date trade-offs you can share with stakeholders. It also produces a one-page “timeline brief” for exec updates: what changed, why, and what decision is needed. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional forecasting and dependency modeling, plus AI to summarize change drivers, draft stakeholder updates, and convert plain-English milestone definitions into structured plans. It’s not a full PM suite; it’s a forecasting layer that sits on top of existing tools.
