Users pick a “stage pack” and get a checklist, timeline, document vault, and reminders tailored to their location and situation (renting vs owning, kids vs none, employed vs self-employed). It also supports shared plans so partners, siblings, or trusted friends can divide tasks without endless texting. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps personalize tasks, suggest missing steps, draft emails/calls (landlord, HR, insurance), and translate jargon into plain language.
