MindAudit
MindAudit is a mobile + web app (traditional app with light AI) that treats mindfulness like a personal experiment instead of vague inspiration. Users run short, repeatable “calm tests” (2–7 minutes: breath, body scan, sound, micro-walk, etc.) and rate outcomes immediately (stress, focus, sleepiness, irritability). The app correlates results with context you can log in seconds (caffeine, sleep hours, meetings, cycle, workout, alcohol, screen time) and shows what reliably works for you—not what a guru says should work. It also detects when you’re “practice-hopping” (trying new sessions constantly) and nudges you to stick with the few methods that measurably help. AI is used only to summarize patterns and generate a weekly plan based on your data, not to pretend it’s therapy. The goal is measurable calm, not endless content consumption.
