MindCue
MindCue is a mobile app (with optional web dashboard) that turns mindfulness into a just-in-time habit instead of a scheduled chore. It connects to your calendar and (optionally) wearable data to detect high-friction moments—back-to-back meetings, late-night work sessions, elevated heart rate—and suggests a 60–180 second intervention: breathing, grounding, or a short guided reset. The app focuses on “micro-practices” that fit real workdays, with one-tap start and no long libraries to browse. Users can set boundaries (quiet hours, do-not-nudge contexts, sensitivity) so it doesn’t become another annoying notification app. After each session, a single-question check-in tracks perceived stress and usefulness, building a personal playbook of what works. It’s not therapy and won’t pretend to be; it’s a practical stress interruption tool.
