MindfulMeter

MindfulMeter is a mobile app (with an optional web dashboard) that helps people build a meditation habit by tracking outcomes instead of streaks. After each session, users answer a 15–30 second check-in (stress, focus, mood, sleepiness). The app then surfaces simple, honest insights: which session types actually reduce stress for you, what time of day works, and when you’re just “going through the motions.” It includes a small library of short, no-fluff guided sessions (2–12 minutes) and a timer for unguided practice. The core value is a personal feedback loop: you learn what works and stop wasting time on routines that don’t. It integrates with Apple Health/Google Fit for sleep and heart-rate trends when available, but it doesn’t pretend to diagnose anything. This is a traditional app with light AI for pattern detection and personalized recommendations.
