MineMarker

MineMarker is a mobile + web app for shared living that makes “who owns what” and “who gets this space when” unambiguous. Users create a household, then claim items (TV, blender, tools) and territories (desk, shelf, fridge zones, parking spot) with simple labels and optional QR stickers. The app tracks agreements: borrowing requests, time-limited loans, deposits, and return reminders.
