MinistryOps is a web app with companion mobile apps that centralizes the messy operational side of running a congregation: member records, attendance, small groups, volunteer roles, tasks, and follow-up. The core value is a “Sunday-to-Monday” workflow: capture attendance and first-time guests quickly, auto-create follow-up tasks, and track completion so people don’t fall through the cracks. It includes simple permissioning for staff vs. ministry leaders, and lightweight communication (email/SMS) tied to real lists (guests, absent members, new volunteers). An AI assistant helps draft follow-up messages, summarizes pastoral notes into action items, and flags at-risk engagement (e.g., missed 3 weeks) without pretending to replace pastoral care. This is not a full donor-management suite; it focuses on execution and accountability for mid-sized churches that are drowning in disconnected tools.
