MinistryOps is a web app with a lightweight mobile companion for religious organizations to run volunteer-driven operations without chaos. It combines scheduling, role-based task checklists, and simple member follow-up workflows (visits, calls, care requests) in one place. The core is a “service runbook” that turns recurring events (services, youth nights, food pantry days) into repeatable templates with assigned roles, deadlines, and auto-reminders. It also includes a basic people directory with permissions, so sensitive pastoral notes stay restricted. This is not a donor CRM replacement; it’s an operations layer that reduces last-minute scrambling and burnout. An AI assistant can draft announcements, summarize meeting notes into tasks, and flag likely no-shows based on past attendance—useful, but not required for the product to work.
