MinistryOps is a mobile + web app for churches, mosques, synagogues, and temples to manage volunteers and recurring service roles without spreadsheet chaos. It focuses on the unglamorous operational pain: last-minute dropouts, unclear responsibilities, and inconsistent communication across ministries. Leaders create role templates (usher, kids check-in, AV, hospitality), set requirements (training, background check status, age limits), and publish schedules. Volunteers get one-tap accept/decline, swap requests, reminders, and a clear “what I’m doing today” checklist. Built-in attendance and no-show tracking helps leaders see reliability trends without shaming people. It also supports multi-campus setups and simple reporting for leadership meetings. This is not a social network; it’s an operations tool that reduces burnout for staff and friction for volunteers.
