MinyanPilot

MinyanPilot is a mobile + web app for synagogues and rabbis to manage minyan attendance, aliyot, yahrzeits, and last-minute gaps with less chaos. It combines a traditional scheduling tool with light AI that predicts likely attendance based on past behavior, holidays, weather, and user availability, then triggers targeted nudges to the right people (not spam blasts). Members can set recurring commitments (e.g., weekday Shacharit), RSVP in one tap, and get reminders only when they’re actually needed. Gabbaim get a real-time dashboard showing who’s in, who’s on the way, and where the minyan is short, plus a “call list” that rotates fairly. It’s realistic: it won’t magically change community culture, but it can reduce the daily operational grind and improve reliability for communities already trying to run consistent minyanim.
