MinyanPulse

MinyanPulse is a mobile + web app for Conservative synagogues to reliably assemble minyanim and manage service roles without chaotic group chats. Gabbaim and staff create upcoming services (weekday, Shabbat, holidays) and set needed roles (minyan count, aliyot, Torah readers, shaliach tzibbur, ushers). Members set availability, preferred service times, and privacy levels. The app sends targeted nudges only to people likely to say yes, confirms attendance, and shows a real-time “minyan confidence” meter. It also supports last-minute cancellations with automatic backfill suggestions and a lightweight check-in at the door. This is not a spiritual-content app; it’s operations. Conservative-specific settings include mixed seating vs egal, role eligibility rules by congregation policy, and holiday schedule templates. Pricing is per congregation with optional SMS add-on for older members.
