MirrorDrill

MirrorDrill is a mobile AI app that turns short, guided coordination drills into measurable progress using your phone camera. Users follow 3–10 minute routines (hand-eye, footwork, bilateral coordination, reaction timing) while the app tracks key movement patterns and scores consistency, timing, and symmetry. It’s designed for people who want better coordination for sport, rehab, or daily movement—but don’t have a coach watching every rep. The app keeps it realistic: it won’t pretend to diagnose injuries or replace physical therapy. Instead, it focuses on repeatable drills, clear cues, and simple metrics you can improve week to week. A “low-friction” mode works in small spaces with minimal equipment (tennis ball, tape line, or none). Progress is shown as trend lines and drill-specific benchmarks, with optional shareable clips for coach/therapist review.
