MirrorMinutes

MirrorMinutes is a mobile + web AI app that turns messy self-reflection into measurable self-awareness. Instead of generic journaling prompts, it runs a 3–5 minute daily “pattern check-in” (mood, triggers, decisions, social interactions) and then summarizes what actually repeats in your life: recurring emotional triggers, avoidance loops, people-pleasing moments, energy drains, and confidence spikes. It uses voice or text, then produces a weekly “behavioral mirror” report with concrete examples pulled from your own entries, plus one small experiment to test (e.g., a boundary script, a reframe, a pre-commitment). The app is brutally practical: it won’t pretend to be therapy, and it won’t diagnose. It’s for people who are tired of feeling stuck and want evidence-based self-insight without spending hours writing or paying for coaching every week.
