MirrorPact

MirrorPact is a mobile app (with a lightweight web dashboard) for people who constantly break commitments to themselves—sleep, workouts, sobriety breaks, screen time limits, job applications, journaling. You create a “pact” with a clear rule, a time window, and a verification method. If you fail, the app automatically triggers a pre-chosen consequence: a donation to an “anti-charity,” a payment to a friend, or a locked-in embarrassing (but safe) accountability message. It’s not therapy and it won’t pretend to heal deep trauma; it’s behavior design for self-trust. The AI component helps you write pacts that are measurable, realistic, and hard to loophole, and it detects vague goals (“be better”) and forces specificity. Brutal truth: most self-love apps are feel-good fluff; this one is about consequences and follow-through.
