MisfireMeter

MisfireMeter is a mobile + desktop (companion) app that helps performance tuners and DIY racers detect, classify, and fix misfires using real-world data instead of guesswork. It connects to common OBD-II adapters and optional Bluetooth wideband controllers to capture RPM, load, ignition timing, AFR, fuel trims, knock, and misfire counters. An AI-assisted diagnostic layer flags patterns consistent with spark blowout, coil breakdown, injector deadtime issues, fuel pressure drop, heat soak, or knock-induced timing pull, then suggests a prioritized test plan (gap check, coil swap order, plug heat range, dwell review, fuel system verification). It also produces a clean “issue report” you can share with a tuner or shop, including before/after logs and environmental context. This won’t magically tune your car; it focuses on the boring reliability problems that actually block safe power gains.
