MiteMap is a mobile + web app (traditional + AI) for pest professionals and facilities teams to pinpoint where recurring infestations actually originate. Instead of just logging sightings, it guides technicians through a structured inspection: entry points, moisture/food sources, harborage zones, and recent changes (construction, deliveries, weather). Photos, trap counts, and notes are converted into a simple “source likelihood” map per site, with recommended next actions and a prioritized checklist for the next visit. The AI isn’t magic pest ID; it’s a decision-support layer that highlights patterns across rooms, dates, and trap lines and flags when the data doesn’t support the current treatment plan. Reports are client-ready, with before/after evidence and a clear rationale for corrective actions. This reduces repeat call-backs, improves contract margins, and makes training new techs faster and more consistent.
