MixMargin

MixMargin is a web app (traditional + AI) that helps marketers choose and defend a channel strategy using contribution margin, not vanity metrics. It connects to ad platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), ecommerce/CRM (Shopify, HubSpot), and analytics to build a unified view of CAC, payback period, LTV, and gross margin by channel and campaign. The AI layer flags attribution traps (retargeting inflation, brand search cannibalization), recommends budget guardrails, and generates a board-ready channel plan with assumptions clearly stated. Users can run simple “what-if” scenarios (e.g., shift 15% from paid social to affiliates) and see expected impact on cash flow and payback, with confidence ranges. It’s intentionally opinionated: it pushes users toward fewer channels, clearer measurement, and margin-aware scaling, rather than endless dashboards.
