MoatMap

MoatMap is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for corporate strategy teams to run strategy like a portfolio: define strategic bets, attach measurable leading indicators, assign owners, and track evidence over time. Instead of annual deck cycles, it creates a living “strategy ledger” where each initiative has a thesis, assumptions, risks, expected value, and a cadence of updates. It integrates with existing tools (Jira/Asana, Salesforce, financial systems) to pull signals automatically and reduce status-theater. The AI layer helps draft bet theses, propose KPIs, summarize weekly updates, and flag when evidence contradicts assumptions. The goal is not to replace strategy thinking—it’s to force clarity, accountability, and faster kill/scale decisions. It’s designed for mid-market and enterprise teams that are tired of strategy being disconnected from execution and outcomes.
