MoatMemo
MoatMemo is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that forces teams to translate strategy into a small set of testable bets, measurable leading indicators, and a weekly review cadence. Instead of long decks, it uses structured templates: assumptions, competitor moves, customer signals, and “kill criteria” for each initiative. An AI copilot helps rewrite vague goals into measurable outcomes, flags metric vanity, and suggests lightweight experiments based on your industry inputs. The app then runs an agenda-driven weekly strategy review: what changed in the market, which assumptions broke, what to stop, and what to double down on. It integrates with Slack/Teams and Jira/Asana to pull status automatically, but keeps the strategy logic separate from project management. The goal is not to ‘do strategy’—it’s to prevent strategy from becoming theater and to make stopping bad initiatives socially and operationally easy.
