MobilityMap is a mobile + web AI app that helps low-to-middle income workers choose career moves that actually increase earnings, not just sound good. Users connect payroll (or upload paystubs), skills, location, schedule constraints, and transportation access. The app then recommends a short list of realistic pathways (e.g., “CNA to LPN”, “warehouse to CDL”, “helpdesk to cloud support”) with expected time-to-income, local job openings, training costs, and likelihood of completion based on similar profiles. It also flags common traps: overpriced bootcamps, low-placement programs, and certifications with weak local demand. A built-in “Mobility Plan” breaks the path into weekly steps, reminders, and micro-milestones, plus a lightweight coach chat for accountability. The goal is measurable: higher income within 6–18 months, with minimal risk and disruption.
