MobilityRx

MobilityRx is a mobile app (iOS/Android) that builds realistic recovery and stretching plans around what you actually did—lifting, running, team practice, or long desk days. You log workouts in 20 seconds (or connect Strava/Apple Health), rate soreness and sleep, and the app prescribes a 6–15 minute routine targeting the joints and tissues most likely to be tight. It focuses on adherence: short sessions, clear cues, and a “minimum effective dose” option when you’re busy. A simple camera-based form check flags obvious issues (e.g., knee cave, lumbar rounding) and suggests regressions, but it won’t pretend to diagnose injuries. Progress is tracked via quick mobility benchmarks (ankle dorsiflexion, hip rotation, shoulder flexion) so users see measurable change instead of vague “feel better” promises. Optional reminders and post-workout cooldown templates keep it consistent.
