MockDock

MockDock is a web-based SaaS that lets developers spin up mock API endpoints in minutes—no local servers, no repo setup. Users create a project, get a unique base URL, and define routes with response templates (JSON, status codes, headers, latency, and error modes). Teams can version mocks per environment (dev/staging), share them via links, and protect them with simple auth tokens. A lightweight CLI can sync route definitions from a file to keep mocks close to code, while the dashboard provides request logs and replay to debug client integrations. The MVP focuses on fast setup, predictable behavior, and collaboration so frontend, mobile, and integration teams can work in parallel before the real backend is ready. It’s designed for web and API-first products, with a pricing model based on projects, request volume, and team seats.
