ModLedger
ModLedger is a web app (with optional Slack integration) that turns messy moderation activity into clean, audit-ready records. It ingests actions from common platforms (Discord, Reddit via mod logs, Zendesk/Intercom tickets, and custom webhooks) and normalizes them into a single timeline per user, piece of content, and moderator. The core value is defensible documentation: what was removed, why, which policy was cited, what evidence existed at the time (screenshots/URLs), and what happened on appeal. It includes lightweight policy versioning so you can prove which rule was in effect when a decision was made. This is not a “magic AI moderator” that replaces humans; it’s a compliance and accountability layer that reduces internal chaos, user disputes, and legal/regulatory exposure. Realistically, it wins by being simple, fast to deploy, and priced for mid-market teams.
