ModLedger

ModLedger is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps creators run fan communities by treating moderation like an operations function, not volunteer chaos. It centralizes mod scheduling, incident reports, escalation paths, and a transparent “mod hours → rewards” ledger. Creators can define policies once, then enforce them consistently across Discord, Reddit, and YouTube comments via integrations and shared decision logs. Mods get a queue with suggested actions, templated responses, and a private handoff thread so issues don’t spiral publicly. The creator can fund a monthly mod pool and distribute payouts or perks based on verified work (hours, resolved tickets, coverage). It also includes a simple community health dashboard (repeat offenders, hot topics, response times) to prevent burnout and churn. This is a traditional app with optional AI assistance for triage and response drafting.
