ModLedger

ModLedger is a web app (with optional Slack integration) that helps small-to-mid media platforms and creator networks run consistent, defensible content moderation without building an internal trust-and-safety stack. It centralizes reports, queues, decisions, and evidence (screenshots, URLs, user history) into a tamper-evident log. An AI assistant drafts recommended actions and policy citations, but humans approve every decision. The product’s real value is operational: decision templates, escalation paths, and a searchable precedent library so moderators stop reinventing rulings. It also generates “transparency-ready” exports (appeals outcomes, removal reasons, response times) for advertisers, partners, or regulators. This is not a magic toxicity detector; it’s workflow, accountability, and consistency. If you can’t afford enterprise tools or a large trust team, this gives you a credible moderation program fast.
