ModRelay

ModRelay is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that sits on top of existing community channels (Discord, Slack, Discourse, Zendesk, GitHub Discussions) and turns moderation into a measurable workflow. It ingests messages via APIs, then routes posts into a unified review queue with lightweight AI triage: spam/abuse likelihood, duplicate detection, and “needs human” flags. The core is not another forum—it's a moderation and escalation layer that teams can adopt without migrating their community. Mods get playbooks (rules + actions), audit trails, and SLA timers for high-risk reports. Community managers get dashboards: top recurring issues, repeat offenders, and which rules are causing false positives. The product lives or dies on trust: every AI decision is explainable, reversible, and logged, with strict role-based access and exportable evidence for bans/appeals.
