ModTriage

ModTriage is a web app (with an optional Slack integration) that helps small-to-mid platforms handle moderation backlogs by prioritizing what humans should review first. Instead of trying to “auto-moderate everything,” it scores incoming reports and new posts by risk and urgency using lightweight AI signals (toxicity, harassment, self-harm, spam likelihood) plus rule-based factors (reporter reputation, virality, repeat-offender history). It then queues items into clear buckets: immediate review, standard review, and auto-action suggestions with confidence thresholds. The product focuses on operational reality: limited moderators, inconsistent policies, and messy edge cases. It includes a simple policy checklist per queue, audit logs for every action, and basic performance analytics (time-to-first-action, false positive rate, top offenders). It’s not a magic solution; it’s a workflow accelerator that reduces time wasted on low-risk noise.
