Users log quick observations (musty smell, condensation, bathroom ventilation, basement dampness), upload a few photos, and optionally connect low-cost Bluetooth hygrometers. The app turns this into a room-by-room “moisture risk map” with prioritized fixes: ventilation upgrades, dehumidifier sizing, leak-check steps, cleaning protocols, and when to stop DIY and call a pro. It also creates a shareable report for landlords, contractors, or insurers, including a timeline of readings and photos. This is not a magic mold detector; it’s a practical decision tool that reduces uncertainty, helps users act earlier, and documents actions taken—useful when disputes happen. Monetization: subscription for tracking + reports, plus affiliate/referral revenue for vetted sensors and remediation pros.
