MomentSplice

MomentSplice turns scattered camera-roll photos, videos, and cloud albums into a clean, scrollable timeline that actually makes sense. It groups media into “moments” (a weekend trip, a birthday, a renovation) using time, location, and visual similarity, then lets you quickly rename, merge, or split those moments with swipe-level edits. The core value is speed: most people never organize because it’s tedious, and existing photo apps bury memories behind search or generic “On this day” prompts. MomentSplice focuses on a single output: a shareable, private timeline you can export as a lightweight web link or PDF “memory book.” It’s a combination traditional + AI app: AI does the clustering and highlights; you stay in control with simple edits. Monetization is subscription plus paid exports/prints.
