MoneyTruce

MoneyTruce is a mobile + web app (traditional + AI) that helps couples stop recurring money arguments by turning them into structured, time-boxed “money meetings.” Partners connect accounts (optional), set shared goals, and log friction points (e.g., overspending, hidden subscriptions, unequal effort). The app detects patterns like surprise charges, budget drift, or one-sided bill paying, then proposes a short agenda and a neutral script for the next conversation. It also enforces lightweight rules: a 24-hour cooling-off mode for big purchases, a weekly decision window, and a “two-yes” list for sensitive categories. The AI doesn’t pretend to be a therapist; it summarizes disagreements, highlights trade-offs, and generates compromise options with numbers attached. Exportable agreements and reminders reduce “we never decided that” re-litigation. This is not magic—if one partner refuses transparency, the app will surface that reality quickly.
